Manulife Indonesia General Agency Reporting Helpdesk will be responsible to proe production and campaign data for Agency and handle question related Agency Reports and Campaign nd involved in data testing for any enhancement related with Agency Data.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in Insurance Industry as Reporting
  • Skillful in microsoft-excel and macro-excel is preferable
  • Strong verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong written in English would be an asset
  • Willing to learn

Nice to Haves:

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will:

  • Deliver Regular Reports, Ad Hoc Reports and Initiatives to Agency Office.
  • Vaate detail data GA production, policy level and agent level
  • Support UAT process if there enhancement related to Reporting and Campaign..
  • Responsible to proe any ad hoc request for sales data analytical and management decision purposes.
  • Monitoring and coordinating any questions, concerns, issues and appeals related to sales reporting, including regular performance reports and contest/conference reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Agency management, sales support, Operations,pensation team, etc), for any issues and/or concerns.
