We’re looking for a Career Specialist (part-time) to support our Glints Academy graduates on their ongoing journey to realize their potential by finding the right fit for a new role in the tech industry. What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Glints Academy graduates to explore potential roles in organizations where they will be able to implement the skills & knowledge gained from their time in the program.
• Using your data-driven mindset, creative approach, outgoing personalitybined with your passion in realizing human potential, you will be delivering various career supports with the aim to help fulfil their career aspirations
• Proe hands-on gance to graduates in fulfilling their career readiness requirements (conducting CV & LinkedIn profile review, proing materials for job interview best practices, conducting mock interviews)
• Conduct consultation sessions to have a better understanding of each graduates’ career aspirations and work on a plan to pursue them
• Assist graduates through all aspects of their job hunting process
