Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.JR26099 NPI Planner As a NPM PLANNER/PLANNING ENGINEER, you will proe a Manufacturing Commit Date to Sample Planner for meet the Customer Business Requirement in weekly to daily planning horizon for your product NPI demand lines, taking into account of capacity needs/analysis for production requirements and support Product Engineer special requirement. Proe Readiness check before lot start to prevent the abnormal production during NPI phase, make sure the NPI WIP running well with best delivery and best CT. Material check list coordinator for all engineering purpose to make sure each special NPI project material no shortage. You will work collaboratively withGlobal Supply Chain and theSample Planner, Product Engineer,Product Integration Engineer and SiteTeam (Production, Engineering, Warehouse and Logistics) to ensuremitment are delivered in a timely manner.Responsibilities:

• Monitor materials inventories, tracks progress of production, and review factors which affect schedules
• Communicate productions schedules to manufacturing team
• Identify andmunicate capacity constraints
• Identify and initiate corrective actions to recurring root causes that cause missed schedules
• Find creative ways to resolve problems
• Recognition of when a problem must be advanced

Capacity Modeling

• Ensure area tool capacity can meet output requirements
• Ensure accuracy through periodic data quality audits
• Adjust models as needed to proe appropriate functionality & accuracy
• Identify opportunities to minimize capex
• See opportunities to maximize the use of existing capital

Data Analysis

• Analyze raw data through statistical data analysis tools
• Make data driven decisions and rmendations to customers

Scenario Process

• Analyze scenarios to understand the impact
• Quantify capital needs and highlight opportunities to minimize capital expenditure
• Share the analysis & involve partners in strategic decisions

Capital Process

• Ensure accurate submit dates, lead times and pricing information is maintained in capital planning system
• Proe sufficient justification for capital requests to partners and site leadership

Confirm the delivery request to meet per each customer request

• Production scheduling and output planning to meet demand plan on time, based on inventory availability, capacity constraints, cycle time conerations, yield and any other factors
• Usage of software/system tools (MAM/NPI Demand tool) to improve planning and production efficiency
• Make sure wafer supply and engineering working instruction available for Assembly start load to line

Oversee& executing to meet daily demand from order requirement to ensure the demand is fulfill on time

• Communicate priorities/special instructions and resolve issues between various departments towards meeting customer demands.
• Proe details on lot prioritization to Manufacturing in order to meet customer demands.
• Analyze key performance indices for production areas and highlight gaps for efficiency/performance improvements.
• Understand and track production plan misses and backfill these into subsequent week s plan as required.
• Support customer special request during NPI Phase and coordinate Site stakeholders

Proe Tactical-Period Capacity Plan and Priorities

• Communicate NPI Weekly Capacity Allocation with its Tactical Period Constraints, Issues, Priorities, and Special Instructions
• Setting/Managing Allocation for Production and other activities (Engineering, Equipment, etc).
• Ensure accurate capacity model through periodic audits and vaation of workstation performance
• Design and/or enhance models as needed in order to proe the right accuracy or functionality

Manage Global Inventories

• WIP management within the Sample Planning projection to optimize cycle time
• Work with Product Engineer and Site Manufacturing to manage Slow Moving, Aged Inventory and Hold Inventory periodically so as to lead to optimal inventory level globally.

Project task from supervisor Skills

• Planning skill / Project management / Communication / Excel / PowerPoint
