Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

To ensure the implementation andpliance of Human Resources & Organization Development Systems, Policies, Procedures and achieve the highest customer satisfaction RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops and continuously enhances work plan, procedures, and standards for HRD practices which include Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Employee Relations, Expatriates handling and Development, to ensure the teams understand the department’s strategies and goals.
• Ensures the implementation of the programs are in accordance and accountable to the Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Employee Relations, Expatriates and Career Development policies and procedures.
• Rmends improvement as based on the facts faced in the daily operations (cost efficiency or productivity enhancement) to the Head of HR & Departments (if any)
• Produces and submit regular and other periodic report (monthly / semi-annual/ annually) regarding financial and non-financial data, activities and issues within overall HRD.
• Propose the HR Budget relates to Bus and monitors the usage and realization of this budget, to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
• To ensure HRDmunication to all employee/employees in department served are timely and correct (Internal Communication)
• Responsible towards employee engagement activities and monitoring
• Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overallpany performance.
• Overview organization structure and update it with the relevance of today’s business need.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field - Master s degree is preferred
• 7+ years of HR experience
• Proven work experience as an HR business partner
• Excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal oriented
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
• Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
