Kualifikasi pekerjaan:Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive increased revenue
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, agencies, and partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and revenue generation.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads, utilizing outreach efforts and delivering presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of the corporation.
Negotiate and finalize advertising agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and adhered to.
Develop engaging and persuasive sales decks and presentations to effectively pitch partnership opportunities to potential clients
Monitor and analyze sales performance and revenue metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the medical industry, with a strong client database and extensive networking with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of advertising and sponsorship opportunities to clients.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
Familiarity with the local market and business landscape in Bali, with existing contacts and networks in the media or advertising industry considered a plus.
