About the role

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our talented creative team at PT Argo Kreasi Pratama. As our Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and brand experiences. This is a full-time position based in South Tangerang Banten.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and deliver visually compelling campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement

• Oversee the entire creative process, from ideation to finalisation, ensuring consistently high-quality design outputs

• Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team, helping them develop their skills and elevate their work

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your creative approach

• Work closely with the project management team to ensure all creative deliverables are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction

• Present creative concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and clients, and incorporate their feedback

• Collaborate with other departments, such as digital and marketing, to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Art Director or in a senior design role, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment

• Proven track record of leading the creative direction for successful marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

• Excellent design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic design, typography, and visual storytelling

• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• Strong project management and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and defend your ideas

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful designs
