Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, check and review credit agreements, other credit documents and collateral documents toply with approved facility and in accordance with Standard Operating Manual and other prevailing regulations.
Perform tasks in related with the role of Security Agent thru prompt response to any queries, liaise directly to borrower, agents, lawyers and prepare / arrange necessary action with notary to meet the lenders and borrower
• s expectation.
• Monitor and follow up on each of pending credit / collateral documents to borrower directly and/or in collaboration with respective Relationship Managers
Work in partnership with Agents, Lawyers and Notary in reviewing andpleting credit related documents in connection with syndication - deals / club
• - deals as well asplex bilateral deals.
• Complete administration activities, including but not limited to filing/maintaining storage of documentation

Requirement :

• Minimum 3 yearsexperience in relevant field in banking industry
• Attention to details
Goodmunication skill
• Having strong understanding/ knowledge of legal banking documentation.
