Role Description

Our client is looking the right candidate for a full-time on-site role for an Agricultural Drone Operator. As an Agricultural Drone Operator, you will be responsible for operating drones and conducting aerial surveys of agricultural land. You will need to process and analyze data collected from drones and sensors to help farmers optimize their crop production and yield. The ideal candidate will have experience operating drones and working in agriculture.

Requirements :

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Agrotechnology or related major.
2. Have work experience 1-2 year Drone operations/land mapping/agriculture is a plus.
3. Proficient in operating drones for land surveys and farming operations.
4. Strong understanding of topographical mapping and data collection techniques.
5. Able to work using MS Office or Google Workspace.
6. Able to work using Geographic Information System (GIS) is a plus.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
8. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
9. Drone pilot certified is a plus.
10. Able to relocate to Pasuruan.

Job Description :

1. Conduct topographical Mapping and Land surveys with drone or using traditional methods when drone use is not feasible.
2. Manage and operate drones effectively for the purpose of land surveying and mapping.
3. Utilize drones for farming operations, including seedling planting, fertilization, and pest control.
4. Analyze mapping data and agricultural process results to gain comprehensive insights and make recommendations based on finding.
5. Integrate drone mapping data with Geographic Information System technology for further analysis.
6. Reporting and documentation.
