Job Description

The opportunity

This Agency Strategy Analyst position is responsible for supporting overall Agency strategy and initiatives. He/she will responsible to prepare, analyze, and present data in support of Agency strategy. He/she will also need to study the latest market trends and business insights to support the development of Agency strategy work.

Responsibilities

• Support the plan development, design of tactical campaigns and initiatives.

• Lead reports and data automation project related to cohort management

• Collaborate with different stakeholders in Agency and other relevant teams to roll out campaigns and initiatives effectively

• Perform post implementation analysis on campaign and program effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvements

• Oversee all data related to activation for performance reporting purposes and leverages on data to understand ke challenges in executing the strategies

• Support works related to performance report and presentation to senior management

• Lead and in charged for all data related to build and maintain metrics forecast / target.

• Provide support to the development of Agency business strategy by evaluating industry trends, studying market insights, and collecting constructive feedback from Agency sales team

• Support digital leads initiative

What we are looking for

• University degree (Data analytics / Actuarial background is preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience, significant insurance and/or financial services industry experience; Agency or life insurance business knowledge and exposures is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI (or other data dashboard software).
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking
• Strong execution with high attention to details. Able to lead project
Able to speak English and write report in English. Able to communicate with and influence different teams effectively
