Job Summary

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations and assist in coordinating ongoing projects across departments. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Support daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, reporting, and filing.

* Assist in coordinating projects, tracking timelines, follow-ups, and task progress across teams.

* Prepare and maintain project documents, operational trackers, meeting notes, and reports.

* Support cross-functional teams with operational, administrative, and ad-hoc business needs.

* Organize company data and ensure all records and documents are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

* Fresh graduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

* Internship experience in administration, operations, project coordination, or related roles is preferred.

* Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills.

* Able to adapt quickly and handle various responsibilities across functions.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel and spreadsheets.

* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
