We are looking for a detail-obsessed Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor who wants more than just a routine desk job. We need a leader to drive accuracy, mentor a sharp team, and own the transactions fueling our regional expansion.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or related field, with more than 4 years of total working experience.
  • Having experience in managing a team would be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Having work experience in using SAP Accounting Software would be an advantage.
  • Having work experience in F&B or FMCG Company would be preferable.

Job Role:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day of AP operations: check daily payment transactions (payment vouchers/ invoices).
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all transactions.
  • Addressing escalated issues and resolving discrepancies or disputes with vendors or internal stakeholders.
  • Implementing corrective actions and preventive measures to minimize errors and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, procurement, and operations, to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding payment status, disputes, and inquiries.
  • Generating reports and providing analysis related to AP.
  • Providing guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure the team’s productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitoring team performance and implementing improvements as needed.
