We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining clients, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored IT solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned segment.
- Promote and sell comprehensive IT solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring smooth transactions from initial engagement to payment completion.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product support and development engineers, to deliver effective IT solutions.
- Understand and analyze client business processes to offer consultative sales approaches.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights to clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in an IT solution company, preferably in sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of System Integrator products, like Software Solution
- Existing relationships with potential clients in the industry are a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a customer database and account coverage.
- Capable of identifying client needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work out of town if required.
