A successful Senior Research Specialist will be able to proe actionable business input with focus on market entry/expansion and launches. We are looking for someone with expertise and passion in market/customer research, and is expected to serve as the Subject Matter Expert in research methodologies relevant to the mission of each project.What you will do:

• Proe actionable insights to business through research studies, which include end-to-end project management from questionnaire design to execution to analysis to report writing within project timeline.
• As the primary executor of customer research/studies, you will be required to maintain an organized reporting framework for ongoing and future usage, and ensure consistency whenever execution is done in a collaborative manner.
• Perform insights deep dive based on customer feedback and suggestions
• Keep business abreast ofpetitive landscape on financial technology and neobank space,entify immediate and future opportunities and threats

RequirementsWhat we are looking for:

• At least 2 - 3 years experience in market research.
• Proven experience with research methods including but not limited to qualitative, quantitative, desktop research.
• Capable of conducting research independently and enjoys speaking to customers to understand their behaviors.
• Good oral and writtenmunication skills in English.
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
