We are looking forward to a Channel Sales Manager in Eaton’s Electrical business, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Achieve sales revenue target in the assigned country which includes power quality (e.g. UPS) or power distribution (e.g. ACB, MCCB, switchboard) business
  • Develop & Build strong relationship with stake holder, EPC & Consultant etc, Low Voltage witchboard panel builder, UPS system integrator, distributor
  • Develop and implement plans to increase market-share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)
  • Work with marketing primes to implement thepany’s marketingmunication strategy to sustain the brand image
  • Analyse the market and proe market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
  • Leverage all other EATON team members and CE- firms to surround the customer and increase EATON’s share of wallet in the “Named Account”
  • Mobilise EATON resources to close projects and create satisfied customers
  • Develop a multi-tiered relationship with the customers’ organization
  • Comply with review process
  • Proe management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on proing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally
  • Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values.
  • Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive exponential growth for Eaton business
  • To bemitted & responsible for Quality Management System:

Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking

Proe the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS

Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements

Ensuring the QMS meets its goals

Engage, direct, and support indiuals contributing to the QMS

Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years sales experience in channel management
  • Significant Electrical Product/Services Knowledge
  • Knowledge of electrical low, medium voltage products and systems as well as control and electrical design.
  • Product knowledge in Power quality, IT equipment e.g. UPS,
  • Experience with specific segment, e.g. Panel builder, UPS system integrator etc.
