Job Purpose Identify client’s needs and requirements in Corporate Banking and Bank and Non Bank Financial Institution segments, develop sales plan, manage and monitor pipelines, plan marketing strategy and enchance products / solutions to obtain maximized revenue for CIMB Niaga by delivering the best fit products / solutions through both Cash Management and/or Trade finance and services. Key Responsibilities Strategy and Planning • Develops and manage sales strategy to acquire and increase product holding on Cash Management and Trade finance / services. • Optimize relation and solution-based approach to build greater stickiness with clients by making CIMB Niaga as priority or preferred bank partner on Cash Management and Trade. • Collaborate and coordinate with various supporting units, client services and product teams to ensure smooth execution and best-fit solution offering to clients. • Analyize clients’ business trends, transaction activities and portfolio profitability to prescribe effective account strategy through mobilization of sales team to respective clients. • Develop, expand and nurture strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders. • Develop initiative, plan coordination and execute implementation of business strategies. • Identify, manage and acquire new business opportunities from target clients. Business Performance and Management • Build and deepen relationship with existing clients to optimize Trade facility utilization and revenues for the Bank. • Acquire new customers and prate new business deals from targeted clients by working together with Relationship Manager and other supporting units. • Pitch and follow-up submitted proposals to clients to win Transaction Banking deals / mandates. • Conduct workship / seminar with industry association to market and promote Transaction Banking business on top of building awareness about CIMB Niaga’s product and service capabilities. • Collaboration with Corporate Banking and Bank and Non-Bank Financial Insituation teams to ensure cross-selling and utilization of Transaction Banking products and services.

Job Specification Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc) • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discpline (Accounting / Finance / Business / Economics / Financial Engineering) • Fluent in Microsoft Office products: Words, Excel and Power Point • Able to do public presentation and client management • BSMR Level 3 Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements • Having CDCS certification is a plus Relevant Work Experience • At the minimum 10 years of Cash Management and Trade finance and services and other retail banking products experiences • At the minimum 5 years working as Transaction Banking Sales • Experience in handling clients in MNC and big Local Corporates segments with experiences of handling RFPs
