Main Responsibilities: Represents Metals Service Sales in the Market Area or defined focus area/region/country related to all service categoriesEstablish contacts & maintain relationships with operative personnel and management in customer organizationsFocus on generating new sales opportunities and follow-up on RFQ’s, proposals and PO’sLocalizes and supports the central parts of the organization with leads, RFQ’s proposals and PO’sActs as the representative of Metals Service in front of the customer,entifying and following up on customer needs, uing investments and future plans. Aiming to understand the key drivers for operation philosophy and decision making as well as familiarizes with requierments to act on external/internal pressures.Commercializes the customer needs into suitable offering categoriesExtends and personifies the Metals Service local presence specifically related to agreed key customers/sites to ensure these key customers get face to face service as per needSupports solving of problems and issues as well as manages customers expectationsWorks together with the Metals BL and global sales toentify, understand and follow-up on opportunitiesInput for budget and target settingProactively builds sales funnel among customer base and ensures relevant CRMplianceSupports locally the actions related to NPS and customer feedback as well as quality related issues
