Role Summary: This role purpose is to manage installation and perform maintenance, service repairs and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems. Responsibilities: You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and maintain HVAC systems. • Perform maintenance and service repairs on pneumatic controls, electric controls and humidity controls. • Develop and implement Chiller plant technical support for both controls and mechanical. • Perform maintenance and service repairs for heating systems such as: hot water boilers, steam boilers, glycol feeder, boiler combustion efficiencies and all gas fired resolving problems. • Perform maintenance and service repair on custom and packaged air handling units, unit ventilators, cabinet unit heaters, chilled and hot water fan coils units and exhaust fans. • Implement indoor air quality control and conduct confidential reports to risk management on issues and act as a liaison for technical support for resolving problems. • Liaison construction management for new building HVAC and automate control systems. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
