We are seeking a high-achieving and highly motivated person to join our cruise liveaboard business as a Sales Representative based in Bali, Indonesia. You will be responsible for introducing and promoting our products to a variety of clients and customers. There are 3 brands under our umbrella: Sea Safari Cruises, Pirate Dinner Cruise, and Sea Safari Fishing.

What you will do:
You will provide frontline service, maximizing sales opportunities whilst ensuring the Sea Safari Cruises standards. The ideal candidate must find, contact, and follow up prospective clients and customers. You should be able to clearly understand the market, articulate our products, be aware of the client’s needs, and exercise lobbying and communication skills to gain their trust and favor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable cruise organization based in Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Proactive in building effective relationships with new and existing customers & agents
• Achieve annual sales targets set by the company
• Organize and handle trips holistically
• Attend meetings, and prepare sales reports
• Visit clients to maintain relationships and product update
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with management, colleagues and other departments
• Develop new business opportunities to increase sales
• Monitor market, trends and make analysis

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, and Bahasa Indonesia both verbal and written
• Experience in the cruise tourism or diving industry is a plus
• Passionate to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Personable with a vibrant and engaging personality
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad customer base
• Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
• Aptitude for working digitally, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
• Professional personal presentation
• Willingness to travel and meet clients outside working hours including overseas exhibition
