Facility Manager – Facilities Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for facility maintenance and repair also day-to-day operations in a whole client’s site including the data center.
• Managing the overall operational concerns and services, including safety and security, housekeeping, receptionist, and maintenance of the building automation, equipment, and supplies.
• Lead the facilities and building operations team.
• Maintain the service level of service contracts and vendors that are appropriate.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university majoring in mechanical, electrical engineering, or any other relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including experience in a managerial capacity managing the operations of a 24x7.
• Good communication skills, including good command of English.
• Good personal and interpersonal skills.
• An organized person and a team player.
• Proven managerial and leadership skills.
