• Lead development projects on our cutting-edge CSG Quote and Order product used by some of the biggest telecommunications companies in the world.
• Work with the latest technology (Microservices, Event based architectures, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Apply your skills to design and help create new features to solve real-world problems for customers around the world.
• Leverage industry best practices and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Test Driven Development, testing automation and Continuous Integration and Deployment.
• Make a positive contribution to collaborative activities within the team including planning, grooming, and other ad-hoc team discussions, bringing an awareness of the Quote and Order product.
• Lead small to medium size teams, provide technical guidance to team members, consult with peers and share solutions with teammates to build on the collective knowledge of the team.

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience and expertise.
• Proficiency in English in a business environment.
• At least 7+ years of technical experience in product (software) design, product development, and/or product implementation with modern Java SE (17+), preferably in telecom BSS domain or Telecommunications Provisioning.
• Highly effective at communicating and collaborating across multiple teams, ensuring understanding of written and verbal discussion of material.
• Highly developed understanding of business and customer needs, and proven ability to represent these with the team.
• Completely at home in a Linux/Docker development environment
• Experience in a development, packaging and release toolchains (Github, Maven, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Experience gathering and analyzing information for the development of effective solutions to problems or situations. Can solve complex problems quickly.
• Its a plus if you are familiar with: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, PL/PGSQL, and/or MyBatis, Apache Kafka, Camunda BPMN Engine, and REST API frameworks.
