Your Role:

What Youll Be Doing:

• Be a champion of quality and operational excellence, establish the testing strategy, roadmap and quality metrics for quality measurement and operational excellence
• Lead and mentor the QA/SDET team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Management on company wide automation initiatives
• Make hands-on contributions to the planning and execution of test automation.
• Oversee all facets of quality control, from product inception to delivery, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain test frameworks, tools, and automation infrastructure to support efficient and scalable testing processes.
• Monitor and analyze test results, identify trends, and provide insights to improve product quality and testing efficiency.

What Were Looking For:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in software testing, test automation, and quality assurance with 3 years relevant experience as a manager.
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• have hands-on experience developing automation solutions for mobile, browser, API or server in cloud based environments and experience in testing strategy on both Monolithic and Micro services architecture products.
