Core Responsibilities
  • Corporate affairs owner for the LEGO Group in Indonesia; responsible for providing regulatory advice and driving government engagement, supporting strategic non profit partnerships and programs and helping promote brand and corporate reputation locally.
  • Analyze regulatory risk and opportunities, providing proactive counsel internally and engaging government partners.
  • Collaborating closely with the APAC Social Responsibility senior manager- support and enable the LEGO Group’s social responsibility agenda through focused programs and strategic partnerships in Indonesia to enable Indonesian children from all walks of life experience the joy of play.
  • Support the local Indonesia office, in promoting the LEGO brand and its key attributes to consumers, shoppers and the partner eco-system within the country in close collaboration with the Corporate Brand Communications team.

When you join our team and this position, you will have an opportunity to learn how to anticipate, counsel and shape the public policy agenda that will impact the LEGO Group’s supply chain and operational growth.


Do you have what it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in public affairs, public policy, political science or related fields.
  • At least 8- 10 years in a corporate affairs role in Indonesia. Corporate experience preferred with an emphasis in the consumer goods or products, logistics industry.
  • Active experience in direct engagement with government at senior levels, navigating regulatory complexities especially in the consumer goods or product sectors and providing strong counsel to business partners.
  • Strong experience in partnering with non-profit organizations and supporting a CSR strategy in Indonesia.
  • Ability to deal with local media, support localizing message development and support local public relations activities.
  • Passionate about government affairs as well as driving CSR agendas and brand promotion.
  • Strong collaborator, values driven with a high level of integrity. Entrepreneurial and proactive.
  • Strong project management skills with a can do, hands on approach. Flexibility, adaptability, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Skilled communicator in English and Bahasa.
