You will be part of the risk mitigation team. In this role, you ll focus on building and scaling the sanctions platform. Sanctions platform is a single place where Analysts can write rules and take actions on fraudulent users/ transactions and operations can handle appeals and manage sanctions. This will be a generic/domain agnostic platform that can be used across organizations in GOTO Financial. You will also focus on building an effective sanctions and appeal workflow for customer care agents. You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying frontend applications with a high sense of ownership. Additionally, you ll devise and manage our entire web infrastructure, and produce innovative solutions that our users will enjoy.

About the team
The Sanctions Platform team at GTF is a small team of techies (and a gamers) who are experts in their respective domains. This team is the backbone of the fraud prevention in GTF ecosystem, managing the critical functions ofentifying malicious users and transactions , taking user sanctions, usermunication ,and handling appeals. Each one of these engineering functions is represented by a small autonomous team of experienced backend & web engineers, product managers, designers, analysts and operations.
The Sanctions Platform team is working on building a domain agnostic platform that can be used for multiple use cases across GTF entities. The team deals with a lot of data andentifies patterns in real time. It also integrated with multiple risk based data science models. Our team constantly bounceseas and opinions off of each other, learning and growing together along the way.
As Gojek grows into its journey, the Sanctions Platform team is uniquely placed to enable the organizational growth by proing functions that would help the organization build engineering and operational excellence at its core and is looking for engineers looking to challenge themselves in a high growth, faced paced environment.
