Humana International Group is currently partnering with a leading multinational construction company to find a highly experienced Cost & Procurement Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in cost control, procurement strategy, and vendor management, particularly within China's construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and control processes for large-scale construction projects.
• Lead procurement planning, supplier selection, and contract negotiation to optimize value and cost efficiency.
• Monitor project costs and procurement performance to ensure alignment with financial and operational targets.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and finance departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain and evaluate vendor relationships, focusing on quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ensure compliance with international procurement standards and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cost and procurement management within the construction industry, preferably with a proven track record in China-based projects or companies.
• Strong knowledge of international sourcing, contract management, and cost control practices.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus; English proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's is an advantage).
