QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male, Aged around 25 - 35 Years Old

• Canate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Economy / Finance or equivalent

• Minimum of three years experience as a Finance Staff or equivalent

• Computer literate (Esp. Microsoft Excel)

• Familiar for using Accounting software such as Accurate, Zahir, SAP Business One, MASERP etc.

• Holding Brevet A & B Certificate is more likely

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline oriented

• Have a strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills

• Goodmunication and Negotiation skills

• Able to work independently or in teams

• Possess strong Islamic characters

• Fluent in English will be an advantage

• Ready to join as soon as possible

*JOB DESCRIPTION:**

• Reporting the balance of all bank accounts, operating cash as well as ie and accounts receivable reports.

• Make a report on the realization and reconciliation of the use of the budget against the RKAS (Activity Plan and School Budget) / Cashflow.

• Responsible for all transactions in holding accounts, to support all activities in each directorate (transfers according to invoice submissions and arrangements for cash withdrawals for all activities).

• Responsible for managing the work of the finance team and ensuring that all ie reports, student liability receivables (AR Section), and submission of expenditures for all activities (Finance Section) can run properly in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Responsible for the payment of PPh 21, 23, and 25 every month and responsible for PPH 29 transactions for annual corporate SPT returns to the KPP.

• Reporting PPh 23 and 25 every month to the relevant KPP and reporting Annual corporate SPT.

• Checking the financial accountability report for all activities of each directorate and forwarding it to the Head of the Finance Section for reporting approval.

• Check and ensure that the Written Notification Letters, Warning Letters 1, 2, and 3, as well as Payment Details, are sent to each student s parents according to the specified time.

• Responsible for funding overseas activities and making accountability reports for overseas activities that have taken place.

• In charge of reports on receipt of new student funds in each academic year.

• Responsible for submitting activity and goods funds to the finance department

• Any other duties assigned by the Head of Finance
