Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, leave records, and performance reviews.
- Support employee relations efforts, including organizing training sessions, addressing employee queries, and helping manage internal communications.
- Help with payroll administration, benefits coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate performance evaluations and provide administrative support in the disciplinary process, if necessary.
Administrative Support:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, answering phones, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining company files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed for internal or external use.
- Help with office supplies inventory, ordering and maintaining stock, and liaising with vendors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for senior management as required.
Personal Assistance:
- Provide personal administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, arranging appointments, and handling personal errands as needed.
- Assist with special projects, event planning, or any other personal tasks to support executive productivity.
- Serve as a point of contact for external requests, handling personal inquiries or tasks with professionalism and discretion.
