Job Description:

Job Sub Title- Site Implementation Manager (SIM)

SIM is responsible for the on-time and accurate delivery of AT&T products and services in Japan including 3rd party access circuits.

During the implementation phase, the SIM will act as the primary interface for AT&T customers (both internal and external), AT&T business partners and all relevant AT&T internal departments during the circuit installation.

The SIM will also be responsible for order processing and order tracking as well as the co-ordination of all internal (Project Implementation Managers, Sales and Engineering Teams etc.) and external (Customer, telecommunications carriers & partners) project coordination activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for the implementation of service(s) as defined by the customer's official order (external Customer) or officially sanctioned internal works order (internal Customer).

Manage the overall circuit implementation of required service(s).

Ensure project timelines are met (i.e. project is commenced and completed on time).

Ensure the compliance and standard of company and organisational policies and procedures are met.

Manage and provide feedback to the Customer (internal or external) as required throughout the implementation phase.

Manage and provide feedback to relevant AT&T Teams e.g. Project Coordinators, Sales, Engineering Accurately administer, monitor and maintain AT&T implementation toolsets and databases. Coordinate with AT&T Network Field Operations for any cabling requirements at our Points of Presence

Track, report and resolve implementation issues with the Customer, suppliers or AT&T Teams. Arrange testing of access circuits if and as required.

Hand-over of access circuit to and obtain formal acceptance from Customer (internal or external) through proper touch point letters.

Arrange test and turn up for products wherever ATT's intervention necessary. (AVPN-M)

Work with AT&T Circuit Administration (ABM team) to resolve any potential issues around payment of 1st invoice to access suppliers if required.

Provide Management with regular updates and monthly report(s) on implementation activities.

Other duties as directed / required by the business unit on partner relationship management.

Functional Relationships:

Management and Sales Teams, Solutions Centre, Service Delivery (DTAC) , Circuit Administration, Finance and Engineering Teams.

Telecommunication Carriers in Japan (Primary ) and Carriers in Indonesia ( need based)

Work experience/strong background in the Telecommunication Industry an advantage but not essential
