Job Purpose

At Multi Bintang Indonesia, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—supporting people, the planet, and fostering togetherness.

As a Customer Service Analyst, you will ensure seamless order fulfillment, VMI operations, and inventory management while maintaining high service standards. You'll oversee order processing, stock monitoring, and system enhancements to optimize efficiency. Additionally, you will track CFR performance, demand vs. stock, and credit issues, ensuring data accuracy and timely issue resolution. Your role will be key in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible in VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) implementation in distributors, replenishment calculation based on the agreed parameter, and monitoring VMI performance in distributors from the stock level and OOS frequency.

  • Manage order fulfillment to be fulfilled on time and in full to distributors, analyse the rootcause of the fulfillment failures, ensure the order priority execution and optimize the small order, which will be reflected on CFR (case fill rate) Report.

  • Collaborate with sales, supply planning, warehouse, and transport officer to address customer needs and improve products or services.

  • Initiate improvement inputs to deliver best service to customers (including cost anlysis).

  • Maintain master data in related process order system, and inniate enhancement/input related the system performance.

  • Deliver a positive customer experience by responding quickly and providing early and clear information.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the scope of Order Management.

  • Familiarity with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems.

  • Experience handling SAP and Power BI, with advanced Excel skills.

  • Srong Working with a lot of data and numbers.

  • Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, agile, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Ambitious, proactive, logical, analytical mindset, and solution oriented.

  • Clear career goals and a strong drive for growth.

  • Proficient in oral and written English.
