Our client based in Canggu, are looking for a Junior Project Supervisor to join their dynamic team in the construction industry. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within the construction field.

Job Description:

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure projects are executed efficiently and according to the planned schedule.
• Visit and monitor multiple project sites to analyze progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports, including site progress, potential delays, and other important updates.
• Collaborate with the senior project team to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise during the construction process.
• Occasionally use your personal scooter to visit sites if the company scooter is unavailable.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willing to travel to construction sites and check/monitor ongoing projects regularly.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced working environment.
• Having a scooter (personal vehicle) is preferred for site visits when necessary.

What We Offer:

• Salary: IDR 4,000,000 - IDR 5,000,000 Nett per month.
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Indonesian Public Holiday.
• BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Tenaga Kerja after probation period.
