Strategy and Planning

• Be responsible to plan, design, and create programs and campaigns to grow CIMB Preferred customer and customer's portfolio, increase customer product holding and profitability (through cross sell both funding and asset products). This includes coordinating with respective unit across directorate in creating program proposal.
• Manage implementation of CIMB Preferred portfolio programs and campaigns, include liaising with other units (Branchless, SME, Syariah, Private Banking, COBA & COMBA, CNAF included) to ensure programs and campaigns are well implemented and monitoring program validation process.
• Explore and create new opportunity for deepening engagement of CIMB Preferred customers through targeteted internal leads, which include but not limited to opportunities from funding, wealth management and asset products.
• Develop plan to grow qualified ratio of CIMB Preferred customers as well as high-tier balance customers.
• Conduct market review and competitor benchmarking regularly to enhance competitiveness of CIMB Preferred.
• Develop and implement loyalty program to enhance benefit and exclusivity being CIMB Preferred customers and to manage attrition from high-tier customers.
• Support business initiatives of new sales operating model and/or system improvements to increase business portfolio and profitability through CIMB Preferred.
• Set financial target, capacity planning, market potentials for CIMB Preferred.
• Provide regular report and strategy suggestion to business & SnD in order to increase and maximize Preferred portfolio & profitability.
Involve in Special Project to increase CIMB Preferred profitability through fall below fee initiative, one RM (mapping) & CIMB Niaga Transformation (T23) initiative, Customer Journey for both Consumer and SME.

Business Performance and Management

• Increase growth of qualified CIMB Preferred customers and Preferred contribution to Consumer Banking overall revenue and profit.
• Identify key objectives, financial and other performance measures, coordinate to set yearly financial target, considering past performance and market potentials.
• Manage cross-sell opportunities to increase product penetration both funding and asset products.
Implement and support Preferred initiatives, including Relationship Based Pricing local and regional, Free Banking system improvement.

People Management

• Collaborate with Preferred Specialist to ensure portfolio strategy developed is well executed by frontliners as well as awareness of the portfolio program launched.
• Develop people skills and Prefererd Portfolio team work.
• Liase and coordinate with product owner ensuring differentiated benefit (both pricing and process) for Preferred customers to enhance the benefit of CIMB Preferred.
• Liaise and coordinate with respective business unit and synergize each function proposition to ensure implementation of programs, initiatives and system improvements.
• Manage the performance of the management team.
Assist in shaping sales development program or future leader, e.g. TCB or other development program assigned in the group.

Regulatory Compliance

• Comply with any of the bank policies and procedures i.e. administrative & compliance requirements.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory.
• Manage Preferred Standard Operating Procedures, including Preferred process improvement.

• Analytics, good in data processing and presentation
• Wealth background would be advantage
