QC Specification and Excellence Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE

• Supporting QC Manager as subject matter expert (SME), coordinator or the executor to handling testing specification and master data in SAP QM, project management, inventory management, SOP Management, Training and Qualification Analyst in QC area.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for designing continuous improvement on quality (e.g. BBQ activity, reduction complexity and efficiency aspects in Quality Control area and ensure implementation in the shop floor
• Responsible for monitoring and follow up Corrective Action/ Preventive Action (CAPA), reconciliation of document and SOP management in QC area to ensure only effective SOP available in laboratory and to update SOP database once the new version available
• Responsible to review and update general QC SOP
• Responsible for master data management for SAP QM in handling inspection plan of material, finished good, and stability
• Responsible to provide monthly KPI report of Quality Control area including SQMR (Site Quality Management Review)
• Responsible for Project Management in QC area including Capex, efficiency 5S project and improvement project
• Responsible for inventory of QC (reagent, reference standard and laboratory supplies) and coordinating purchase order by providing quarterly plan and report to prevent out of stock and ensure transparency in term of financial aspects
• Supporting QC Manager in terms of managing laboratory budget also laboratory capacity arrangement and planning.
• Responsible to maintain database of QC analyst and reviewer qualification, testing capacity database and follow up training to ensure no overdue training in QC area
• Supervise compliance aspects in laboratory as well as cleanliness aspects by performing periodic review with each supervisor and/or PIC area
• All activities related job function must be considering HSE, HACCP and Halal Aspects

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor degree preferably Pharmacist/ Chemist
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret Bayer guideline and global guideline, writing report, business correspondence and procedure manual in English.
• Having experience in project management including qualification activity
• Mastering SAP QM
• Ability to manage QC inventory including spare part, consumable and reagent.
• Ability to manage good work atmosphere among internal team and with other teams.
• Having experience in 3 years supervisory level at similar position or 4 years in pharmaceutical industry
• Understands know how on current GMP as well as other relevant national and international regulation for pharmaceutical products (GMP codes)
• Computer literate for standard office operational.
• Skilled to work within an international team and has ability to work within team.
• Be able to resist any influence, which would hamper management decision making
