Coastal Grand Villas melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Project Admin di Kuta yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT. Coastal Grand Villas. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Project Admin di Kuta Perusahaan PT. Coastal Grand Villas:

The Project Admin oversees the end-to-end procurement process for Coastal Grand Villas, handling the acquisition of structural building materials, specialized luxury property finishes, and complete amenities. Positioned as the crucial bridge between project sites, vendors, interior design teams, and finance, this role ensures all civil materials, architectural finishes, and operational supplies are sourced at maximum cost efficiency, meet exact specifications, and are delivered strictly on schedule to prevent site downtime.

Key responsibilities

Civil & Structural Material Sourcing: Purchase core construction materials (ready-mix concrete, steel rebar, timber, formwork, piping, electrical, and MEP supplies).

Luxury Villa & Interior Finishes: Sourcing specialized architectural materials (natural stone, marble, terrazzo, timber decking, tiles, sanitaryware, glass, pool filtration systems, and custom lighting).

Amenities & Operational Supplies: Procure furniture, soft furnishings, outdoor lounge sets, hotel-grade linens, guest amenities, appliances, and operational equipment for turn-key villa handovers.

Vendor & Contract Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors in Bali and regional suppliers across Java to secure competitive pricing, credit terms, and reliable delivery.

Site Logistics & Coordination: Issue Purchase Orders (POs), track deliveries directly to active sites, and coordinate with Site Managers and interior teams to ensure zero downtime.

Sample & Quality Verification: Verify physical samples with Site Engineers and Interior Designers against project specifications before executing bulk orders.

Cost Control & Invoice Processing: Conduct market price analyses, maintain budget records, and work closely with Accounting for invoice verification and payment releases.

About you

2–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience in construction, villa development, hospitality, or real estate.

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.

Strong existing network of construction material suppliers, interior vendors, and hospitality/villa amenities distributors in Bali and Java.

Proficient in MS Excel (cost analysis, tracking logs) and ERP/inventory software.

Strong negotiation capability, cost consciousness, and vendor audit skills.

High integrity and detail-oriented.

Based in Bali.

Good English proficiency is a plus.
