PRIMA GLOBAL OBSIDIAN melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Finance Supervisor di Denpasar yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PRIMA GLOBAL OBSIDIAN. OBSIDIAN is an Indonesian-born fitness and lifestyle brand founded in Canggu, Bali. As we continue to grow and expand into new locations, we are looking for a Bali-based Finance Supervisor to take ownership of our financial planning, cash-flow management, and financial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end cash-flow management, including cash-flow forecasting, payment planning, and company payment approvals.
• Own the budgeting and forecasting process, coordinating with all divisions to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Coordinate with Internal Tax to incorporate tax planning into cash-flow forecasts, payment schedules, budgets, and business decisions.
• Prepare clear and timely management reports for the owner/CEO, including cash-flow forecasts, budget-versus-actual performance, costs, profitability, key variances, and recommended actions.
• Identify financial and cash-flow risks and recommend practical improvements.
• Strengthen finance processes, payment workflows, policies, systems, and internal controls.
• Improve and optimize the company’s use of Accurate.
• Manage banking relationships and support financing requirements when needed.
• Evaluate the financial impact of investments, CapEx, new locations, and other business initiatives, and provide recommendations directly to the owner/CEO.
• Lead the Finance function, including supervising and developing the Finance team.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least four years of relevant Finance experience, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling.
• Experience using ERP or accounting software; experience with Accurate is preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working hands-on within a growing business.
• Able to work full-time from our office in Canggu, Bali, Monday to Saturday.
