Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in warehousing or logistics.
• Strong leadership, investigation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards across all company facilities.
• Manage daily security operations, including security personnel, access control, CCTV, patrols, and visitor management.
• Protect company assets, inventory, facilities, and employees by preventing theft, fraud, and security incidents.
• Conduct security risk assessments, investigations, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead emergency response and coordinate with relevant authorities when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and customer security requirements.
