PT Duraquipt Cemerlang melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Finance Staff di Depok yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Duraquipt Cemerlang. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Finance Staff di Depok Perusahaan PT Duraquipt Cemerlang:

Proactive and takes initiative in identifying and solving issues or improving processes

Job Description :

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quartely and annual financial report
• Cash flow & budgeting management
• Preparing & verify payment transactions ( routine expenses, eq electricity, water, other bills)
• Prepare and verify payment transactions, including routine expenses (e.g., electricity, water, other bills) and charge back-related payments, ensuring all are processed accurately and on time
• Ensure all payments are accurate and made on time, and send payment receipts to the contractors once the payments have been processed
• Bank and Treasury : Prepare and input bank and treasury journals
• Professional in handling information & being able to maintain confidentiality
• To check incoming funds (eq rental income etc) as per schedule and no late payment
• Bank statement accuracy (eq accuracy of bank fees, interest amounts etc)
• Support insurance price comparison with a strong focus on detail and accuracy
