About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and professional person to be an Junior ChiefSecurity in our business apartment. You will play an important role in our ever-growing and sustainable business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise Daily Security Operations
• Conduct Regular Patrols and Inspections
• Manage Incident Response and Reporting
• Coordinate Security Staff Scheduling and Performance
• Ensure Guest Safety and Asset Protection
• Coordinate with Banjar leaders, negotiate community requests effectively, and minimize unnecessary company expenditures

What We’re Looking For

• More than 1 years of experience in the same position as Supervisor Security, Junior Chief, or Senior Chief
• Good skills in communication
• Having a Gada Pratama/Madya certification and an active KTA is an added value
• Being able to communicate in English is a plus and can be consider
