This position involves managing financial transactions, records, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to finance. The Finance Administrator ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes while providing essential support to the finance department.
Responsibility
Assist office administration task include financial reports, invoices, payments
prepare data, record, and check attach supporting documents before sending request for approval and payment
Perform filling for administrative, employee payslips and standard bookkeeping tasks
Prepare and create financial & inventory reports
Requirement
Fresh graduates Finance/Accounting or similar (D3-S1)
Have in depth knowledge of Finance & Accounting
Ms Excel
Have an detail oriented
