Overview

NAILSUNSHINE is a premium nail salon in Seseh Bali, known for high standards of service and a polished, welcoming guest experience.

What you’ll do:

• Greet guests and manage bookings, walk-ins, and check-in/check-out
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and online booking enquiries
• Manage the daily schedule and coordinate with nail technicians on timing
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Keep the reception area presentable and guest‑ready at all times
• Support with retail sales and membership sign‑ups
• Follow salon SOPs and daily checklists

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, well‑presented, and guest‑focused
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Comfortable with booking systems and basic admin/computer skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to multitask during busy periods
• Previous reception, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not essential — training provided
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the team
