HOVARLAY melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Account Executive di Jawa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor HOVARLAY. We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and relationship-driven Account Executive to help grow HOVARLAY by connecting with brands, building meaningful partnerships, and managing client relationships from first conversation through successful project delivery.
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between brands and HOVARLAY, identifying new business opportunities, attending networking events, reaching out to prospective clients, and helping brands discover how immersive experiences can strengthen their marketing campaigns.
Beyond business development, you’ll also manage existing client relationships, ensuring projects run smoothly, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships, and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships
- Attend industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking sessions to represent HOVARLAY and build meaningful relationships
- Reach out to prospective brands through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives and recommend suitable HOVARLAY solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and pitch decks for prospective clients
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and client expectations are met
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through new campaigns, additional services, or strategic partnerships
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing innovations, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in business development, account management, sales, partnerships, or client‑facing roles (Minimum 1‑2 years Experience)
- Background in business, marketing, communications, sales, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confident in presenting ideas and engaging with clients and partners
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities
- Comfortable speaking with senior decision‑makers and stakeholders
- Highly proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software
- Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Willingness to attend meetings, networking events, and business activities outside the office when required
Bonus
- Existing network within brand marketing, FMCG, retail, packaging, advertising, or agency industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead generation platforms
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, or client presentations
- Experience working in a startup or fast‑paced environment
