Role Description

The Finance Specialist is a part‑time hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing daily financial operations, including recording transactions, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting budgeting and cost tracking for the clinic. The Finance Specialist will ensure accurate accounting entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reporting for management review. The role also involves analyzing financial data to identify trends and support decision‑making, while maintaining clear communication with clinical and administrative staff on financial matters and compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including experience with basic bookkeeping and clinic or small business finance operations.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret Financial Statements to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance review.
