Responsibilities

Ku Creatives is looking for a sharp, confident Account Executive to close deals on our online sales calls. Warm leads come to you from our VSL funnels, cold email and paid ads. Your job is to understand what each prospect needs, pitch the right offer, and turn that call into a signed client. You will work closely with our in‑house production floor to line up free sample edits that prove what we can do before a prospect ever pays us.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Run online sales calls with warm leads from our VSL funnels, cold email and paid ads
  • Understand what each prospect actually needs and pitch the right offer, whether that is a monthly subscription or a 90‑day sprint
  • Own the full closing process from the first call to a signed agreement and first payment
  • Work with the production team to line up free sample edits that show prospects what we can deliver
  • Follow up with every lead in your pipeline until they close or say no
  • Handle objections around price, commitment and turnaround with confidence
  • Keep the CRM clean and up to date so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Hit and beat your monthly revenue targets
  • Coordinate a smooth handoff to onboarding once a deal closes so new clients start strong
  • Feed insights from your calls back to the team so our offers and funnels keep improving

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of closing experience in a sales role, ideally high‑ticket or B2B
  • A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; Spoken English at C2 level is essential, as you will be on calls with US clients every day.
  • You must be able to provide proof of competency, a proven track record of hitting or beating quota, strong pitching, discovery and objection‑handling skills
  • Able to run a full sales cycle independently from first pitch to close
  • Familiar with CRM and pipeline tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, self‑driven and motivated by targets

Practical Requirements

Willing to work onsite at our Jakarta office on the night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM WIB.
