Primarily responsible for the development of business process-related solutions for clients. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Defines client needs, determines a strategy and develops a plan/proposal for delivery of the project which generally leads to a client’s internal process or function being modified for improved efficiency and effectiveness. May involve the rmendation to shift future performance to a third party. Performance is typically evaluated based on the capture of the business opportunity and/or utilization, (i.e., billable hours).

The primary objective of this position is to proe gance to clients and rmend products and solutions that add business value. The Principal Security Consultant: Transformation will use their expertise related to business challenges, industry trends, thepetition, business models, industry value chain/business processes, industry segments, solutions, the regulatory environment, benchmarks, and standards bodies, to create value and enable successful business oues for NTT Ltd clients - enabling the client to transform their business and their industries. The Principal Security Consultant: Transformation is an expert in one or more particular industries or verticals and is extremely knowledgeable on industry trends and the marketplace and players. This indiual deals withplex client accounts. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Takes ownership of conducting meetings, writing proposals, and delivering presentations.

• Proes gance and oversees the development of strategies and plans that define how existing and emerging technology should be utilized to support an organization s overall business strategy.

• Facilitate and lead client workshops with C-suite and senior-level participants.

• Use client engagement skills toentify, analyze and translate client problems into areas for improvement.

• Proe the end-to-end solution set to enable the client’s business transformation.

• Take ownership of the integration of the solution by devising the internal coordination of the solution implementation.

• Attend industry and technical conferences to ensure that they remain abreast of developments in their area of expertise and related disciplines.

• Improve the client’s business and ensure business development by translating opportunities into innovative solutions for the client.

• Use expertise to estimate the scope of consultant and/or architect effort and accurately estimateplex project time required forpletion.

• Take ownership of client-facing workshops by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing both IT and business issues.

• Maintain subject matter expertise by staying abreast of current trends and best practices.

• Ge theentification of client requirements and oversee value assessments and business process analyses.

• Work independently to ensure thepletion of the required documents related to the business transformational initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

• Deep vertical/domain/industry expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience, demonstrating good experience in client needs assessment and change management

• Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs

• Excellent understanding of business transformation coupled with strategic thinking ability.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

• The ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the delivery of business transformation

• Extensive knowledge of systems, software, and programming languages

• Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically

• Excellent client service orientation

• Ability to work in high-pressure situations

• Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business

• Ability to facilitate workshops with level clients

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Degree in relevant field

• Certifications – must have at least one of the following: (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, CRISC)

• Certified Management Consultant (CMC), desired

• Relevant industry-specific accreditations and/or affiliations

Required Experience:

• 6+ years of information technology and/or security experience or IT security auditing

• Knowledge of security risks and controls, concepts, audit methodology, practices and procedures are preferred

• Experience with at least two of the following areas: NIST (800-171, NIST CSF, 800-53, NIST Privacy Framework), PCI DSS, HIPPA, CMMC, ISO 27001/ISO 27002, GDPR, Privacy Applicability and Compliance Assessments, Cloud Security Alliance, Risk Management – Assessment and Analysis, Vendor Management/Vendor Risk Assessments, Data Discover, Classification and Protection, BC/IR/DR Plans

• Significant experience in a consulting or IT role within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment

• In-depth experience in integrating the solutions for particular projects with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices

• Transformational consulting experience

• Experience in running discovery workshops, linked to presenting findings back to the client as well as capability to interact and resolve any areas when challenged on findings and or rmendations in a collaborative and successful manner

• Some business development and pre-sales experience

• Management consulting and business transformation track record

• Currently due to co, very little travel but eventually travel may be up to 30%
