In this role, you will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. This role is based on Jakarta, Indonesia Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities for Electrification Business.

Your responsibilities
  • Selling products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering and align to proe a solution.
  • Preparing sales plans usingpany tools and performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  • Creating added value for customer and ABB ensures the successful oue of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques and ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed.
  • Preparing offers in coordination with the and proposal department and/or the marketing manager and ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
Your background
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic or equivalent).
  • Preferably 5 years and above working experiences in similar Businesses.
  • Experience in handling building project and customer with typical contractor & developer more preferable.
  • Experience with Low Voltage product offering which includes wiring accessories (switch and socket) and din rail (MCB, RCCB, MCB Box) product.
  • Must be proactive and result oriented. Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spokenmunication skills in English and Bahasa.
