  • Planning and conducting an assessment to the client’s management system against the defined audit criteria, preparing an assessment report and other related documents, and submitting the report and following up the certification decision rmendation according to the BSI policy and procedure as well as the respective accreditation and regulatory requirements within the specified time-frame.
  • Merencanakan dan melakukan penilaian terhadap sistem manajemen klien terhadap kriteria audit yang ditetapkan, menyiapkan laporan penilaian dan dokumen terkait lainnya, dan menyerahkan laporan dan menindaklanjuti rekomendasi keputusan sertifikasi sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur BSI serta akreditasi dan peraturan masing-masing persyaratan dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan.
  • If qualified as a Tutor, performing course according to the defined syllabus and accreditation requirements (for the accredited course), administering the exam (if any), andpleting all required course administration.
  • Jika memenuhi syarat sebagai Tutor, memberikan pelatihan sesuai dengan silabus yang ditetapkan dan persyaratan akreditasi (untuk pelatihan terakreditasi), menyelenggarakan ujian (jika ada), dan menyelesaikan semua administrasi pelatihan yang diperlukan.
  • Maintaining the existing assessor / tutor qualification,pleting the planned resources development program, and joining actively the sector’s calibration meeting.
  • Mempertahankan kualifikasi asesor / tutor yang ada, menyelesaikan program pengembangan sumber daya yang direncanakan, dan bergabung secara aktif dalam pertemuan kalibrasi sektor.
  • Supporting the sales driving program and activities related to sector’s marketing campaign as well as assisting themercial team as needed in audit duration estimation and any other technical issues for sales proposal preparation and joining sales meeting for technical discussion with the client.
  • Mendukung program dan kegiatan penggerak penjualan yang terkait dengan kampanye pemasaran sektor serta membantu tim komersial yang diperlukan dalam estimasi durasi audit dan masalah teknis lainnya untuk persiapan proposal penjualan dan bergabung dengan pertemuan penjualan untuk diskusi teknis dengan klien.
  • Supporting any other activities as assigned by the sector manager which relevant with sector team needs and BSI Group Indonesia management direction.
  • Mendukung kegiatan lain yang ditugaskan oleh manajer sektor yang relevan dengan kebutuhan tim sektor dan arahan manajemen BSI Group Indonesia.
  • Safeguardingpany’s and client’s conential data/information.
  • Menjaga data/informasi rahasia perusahaan dan klien.
  • Act as BSI Brand Ambassador.
  • Bertindak selayaknya sebagai duta / perwakilan BSI.
Education : Penikan
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology related majors or equivalent from reputable institution.
  • Minimum penikan sarjana S-1 di ang terkait teknologi Informasi atau yang setara dari institusi penikan bereputasi.
Working experience : Pengalaman kerja
  • At least 4 (four) years full time practical workplace experience in information technology in various industry.
  • Paling sedikit 4 (empat) tahun pengalaman kerja di ang teknologi Informasi di industry apapun.
  • At least 2 (two) years in a role or function relating to information security and/or IT service management.
  • Paling sedikit 2 (dua) tahun memegang peran atau fungsi terkait keamanan informasi dan/atau manajemen layanan TI.
  • At least 1 (one) year in implementing / auditing / consulting the information security management system based on ISO 27001 standard and/or IT service management system based on ISO 20000-1 standard.
  • Paling sedikit 1 (satu) tahun dalam implementasi / audit / konsultasi terkait sistem manajemen keamanan informasi berbasis standar ISO 27001 dan/atau sistem manajemen layanan TI berbasis standar ISO 20000-1.
Technical qualification : Kualifikasi teknis
  • Have good knowledge in information security / IT risk management.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dalam keamanan Informasi dan manajemen risiko TI.
  • Familiar with laws and regulations relevant with information security / IT.
  • Familiar dengan regulasi relevan dengan keamanan Informasi / TI.
  • Have current broad knowledge and skills in information security / IT e.g. cloudputing, agile software development, PII protection, etc.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang luas dalam keamanan Informasi / TI misalkan komputasi awan, pengembangan aplikasi secara ‘agile’, perlindungan data pribadi, dll.
  • Preferably have passed the CQI and IRCA Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor Course (PR320) and/or CQI and IRCA Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor Course (PR367).
  • Lebih disukai memiliki sertifikat kelulusan ‘CQI and IRCA Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor Course’ (PR320) dan/atau ‘CQI and IRCA Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor Course’ (PR367).
  • Having IT professional certification such as ISACA CISA / ISACA CISM / (ISC)2 CISSP / EC-COUNCIL CEH will be an advantage.
  • Merupakan keuntungan jika memiliki sertifikasi profesi di ang TI seperti ISACA CISA / ISACA CISM / (ISC)2 CISSP / EC-COUNCIL CEH.
