Industrial & Employee Relations Executive (Jakarta / Surabaya)

We are looking for a Industrial & Employee Relations Executive (IER) who will be based in Jakarta or Surabaya. Your ‘day to day’ • Implement and coordinate all Industrial & Employee Relations (IER) management activities and ensure that company policies and regulations can run well and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. • Responsible to analyze data, develop, recommend, and implement IER work plan/program in order to help enhance and maintain conducive working environment. • Responsible to support the engagement activities with both internal and external stakeholders. • You will also have an opportunity to be rotated between different People & Culture (P&C) team to have a complete knowledge and understanding about the organization. Who we’re looking for • Require a minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preference from Law major. • 2-3 years of Industrial & Employee Relation experience, preferably from FMCG, Manufacturing, or Legal Consultant (in Labor Law) background • Good understanding of Indonesia Labor Law and Regulations • Active in organizational activities and able to work well in a team • Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving, and perseverance • Good in communication and interpersonal skills, especially showcasing ability to influence and mediate • Willing to be located in Jakarta/Surabaya and willing to work with high mobility and frequent business travels across Indonesia What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
