We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media & Content Creator to join our dynamic real estate agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and informative video content that showcases our real estate properties and promotes the personal brand of our founders. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality video content highlighting our real estate listings, including tours, features, and community aspects.
  • Develop and produce personal expert content for our founders, aimed at building and promoting their personal brand within the real estate industry.
  • Edit and post-produce video content, ensuring it aligns with our brand image and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop video content strategies that effectively reach our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production and social media marketing, particularly within the real estate sector.
  • Manage the distribution of video content across various social media platforms, ensuring optimal engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video content creation and editing, preferably within the real estate industry or similar.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating engaging video content.
  • Excellent skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details to ensure high-quality video production.
  • Knowledge of current social media platforms and trends, especially as they relate to real estate marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp5,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month

Experience:

  • Property Social Media: 2 years (Required)
  • Content Creation: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Final Cut Pro: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Badung: Relocate before starting work (Required)
