Alterra Bills is looking for Graphic Designer, who will be responsible for creating visual text and imagery concepts including illustrations, logos, imagery for printing and digital uses (banner ads, social media content, website graphics, etc.) to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creating design to communicate ideas and information visually
    • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and design briefs.
    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
    • Creating graphic and motion content for social media (LinkedIn, Tiktok, IG, FB, etc.) on a daily basis.
    • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and present ideas.
    • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
    • Reviewing final layouts and producing final design.
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
    • Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines (company profile, social media tone & manner, presentation guidelines, logo application, etc.).
  • Revamp company websites
    • Consulting with internal stakeholders to understand their needs.
    • Set the layout and website appearance based on company persona.
    • Selecting and editing images for websites.
    • Collaborate with Developers (Technology) to create web design strategy.
  • Manage design request
    • Ensure each project is completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
    • Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
    • Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
    • Collaborate with content specialists and stakeholders by giving and receiving constructive feedback on a creative content project.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor of Visual Communication Design, Arts, Graphic Design, or any related fields
  • 2-3 years experience in relevant field
  • Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
  • Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, etc.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and/or Wordpress is a plus.
