Account Manager for Education & Certification Services

As ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION SERVICES you will be part of the core team, contributing to building the institution towards success and accelerating your professional career through competency certification.

• Minimal diploma’s degree with any major
• At least 3 years of working experience in selling educational or certification services, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong leadership, powerfull closing, negotiation, sales presentation skill (company profile, solution overview, etc) and goal-oriented mindset.
• Extensive network in the education sector or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients at various management levels.
• Good understanding of current trends and developments in education and certification / BNSP.

• Lead sales strategy and outreach efforts to potential clients for education or certification services.
• Manage and expand client portfolio by building strong and sustainable relationships.
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions aligned with the education or certification services offered.
• Responsible for the entire sales process from initiation to closure, including contract negotiation and payment.
• Deliver product and service presentations to prospective clients, providing clear explanations of benefits and advantages offered.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and competition and provide insights to the team to enhance sales strategies.
