Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Safety, Health, Environmental (SHE) Specialist, you will be responsible to Implement & maintain PDCA (Plan - Do - Check - Action - Continual Improvement) of SHE in the workplace area & advise Factory Engineer & SHE Manager regarding all aspects of SHE in line with Market-level initiatives & Nestlé Continuous Excellence to achieve Zero Incident, Sustainability target, 100% legal compliance (Local, International, & Nestlé requirements).

A day of life of…

• Align and support "Factory Engineer & SHE Manager" to maintain & implement SHE in the workplace area (PDCA: Plan, Do, Check, Action, & Continual Improvement) in the factory level.
• In line with factory engineer & SHE manager direction, implement (PDCA) Occupational Safety & Health management system & regulation compliance (ISO 45001, Nestle Safety & Health regulation, Local Safety & Health regulation) in line with Nestle Continuous Excellence.
• In line with factory engineer & SHE manager, implement (PDCA) Environmental management system & regulation compliance (ISO 14001, Nestle Environmental regulation, Local Environmental regulation) in line with Nestle Continuous Excellence.
• In line with factory engineer & Head of SHE Corporate, monitor and maintain Environmental/Sustainability performance (Water, Energy, GHG) via Sustainability program
• In line with factory engineer & Head of SHE Corporate direction, maintain & continual improvement of SHE performance via SHE Audit (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, FCA Audit, NIA/NGA, NER, CARE)

What will make you successful

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any engineering major
• Having at least 4 years’ professional experience across safety, health and/or environmental areas
• Could demonstrate ability to manage change and deliver results through others.
• Able to build and maintain good relationship with the local communities and authorities in which the company operates.
• Has good understanding of Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing Systems
• Good understanding about application of SHE management
