Officer-Talent Acquisition
Location: ID Level: Staff Employment Status: Permanent Department: Group People & Culture Description: Responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier talent while also developing and promoting our employer brand to attract and retain exceptional employees. This position play a pivotal role in shaping companys image as an employer of choice in the competitive talent market.- Utilize various sourcing techniques including online channels, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening processes to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, candidate outreach, interviewing, offer negotiation, to onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance our employer brand, positioning the company as an attractive workplace for prospective candidates.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create compelling employer branding content for various platforms, including social media, company website, and recruitment materials.
- Organize employer branding events, such as career fairs, workshops, and webinars, to engage with potential candidates and showcase our company culture and values.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, transparent feedback, and a personalized approach.
- Gather feedback from candidates to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition and employer branding efforts.
- Generate regular reports and insights to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement in recruitment and employer branding strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or employer branding roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for employer branding and candidate experience.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
